What is the 3Story Student Version

For the 3Story® Student Version, we’ve combined the best of the DCLA 2003 LABs. We’ve added a deeper abiding piece, a few more connecting activities and our continuing work on a thorough theology of evangelism.

The training includes guidebooks for the students and a set of two interactive DVD’s led by Fred Lynch and on-screen student presenters. It’s packed with videos, learning experiences, prayer and Scripture. The entire student training lasts 7 - 10 hours, depending on how the youth leader uses the material.

Our intended audience is young people between the ages of 15 – 21. While Middle School students can learn the 3Story® concepts easily enough, though their attention spans might inhibit them from making it through the training without a lot of sugar fixes.

No pre-training or certification of any kind is needed to use the 3Story Student Training, however the DVD contains some strong recommendations about how any youth leader can best prepare to facilitate the training. The reason it’s so easy to use and so cheap is that we want it to spread like wild fire through YFC and the Church. Our YFC Family goal is that a minimum of 10,000 students will be trained in 3Story ® over the next 18 months.
